The Brand New SEM™ 522F is a high-efficiency 22.0-ton single-drum hydraulic vibratory soil compactor engineered for heavy infrastructure, highway subgrade, railway embankment, airport, and industrial site compaction. Powered by a high-torque 140 kW engine @ 2,000 rpm, the SEM™ 522F features Caterpillar-technology eccentric vibration pod design and a heavy-duty 50 mm thick drum , delivering 10%–15% higher compaction performance. Outfitted with a Proportional Torque Differential (PTD) axle, closed-center hydraulic system with world-renowned plunger pumps/motors, and an electronically controlled transmission, this roller easily achieves high density on non-cohesive soils, with optional padfoot (shell) kits available for cohesive clay materials.

Container Shipping (40HQ / Flat Rack Container): Small and some medium-sized road rollers can be loaded into high-cube containers; large-tonnage single-drum road rollers can be shipped using flat rack containers.
Ro-Ro Ship: The equipment is loaded onto and unloaded from the ship as a whole and transported entirely within the hold, providing protection against moisture and rust and ensuring the highest level of safety.
Breakbulk Ship: Suitable for shipping road rollers in bulk or for super-heavy compaction equipment.

Subgrade/Earthwork Compaction (sand, gravel, clay, etc.): We recommend single-drum vibratory rollers (such as our top-selling models: 12 metric tons, 14 metric tons, 20 metric tons, 22 metric tons, etc.); if the material contains a large amount of clay or boulders, you can install a studded drum or (Padfoot Shell Kit).
Asphalt Pavement Paving and Repair: We recommend using a double-drum roller (equipped with front and rear water tanks for spraying) or combining it with a rubber-tired roller for final compaction.
