The Brand New SEM 922F is a heavy-duty 16.6-ton motor grader purpose-built for ground leveling, ditching, bank sloping, material spreading, land reclamation, and snow removal across heavy infrastructure, mining, and highway construction projects. Powered by a high-torque 162 kW Tier 2 SDEC SC9D220G2 engine (920 Nm max torque), the SEM 922F features a Caterpillar-designed SEM tandem drive axle with No-Spin differential and a powerful 99 kN max tractive force. The next-generation F-series upgrades include a direct engine-to-pump coupling that eliminates drive shafts beneath the cab, a restyled molded engine hood, and a load-sensing PPPC hydraulic system with variable displacement piston pump for superior precision, lowered owning/operating costs, and reliable performance.

All new motor graders come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty, typically valid for 12 months or 2,000 operating hours (whichever comes first). Extended warranty coverage for core components such as the engine, transmission, and drive axle may be available depending on the agreement.
Motor graders have relatively long bodies. Based on model dimensions and cost considerations, we offer the following shipping options:
Roll-on/Roll-off (Ro-Ro) Ship: The entire machine is driven onto and off the ship, ensuring damage-free transport and the highest level of safety.
Flat Rack Container: Loaded after dismantling the blade and some auxiliary components; suitable for regular liner services.
Breakbulk Ship: Suitable for bulk shipments of motor graders or ultra-heavy mining-grade models.
Container Disassembly Shipping (40HQ): Some small and medium-sized motor graders can be loaded into high-cube containers after removing the cab, front axle, and blade, significantly reducing ocean freight costs.
