The Brand New LiuGong 4180D is a heavy-duty 16.0-ton D-series motor grader purpose-built for road construction, highway subgrade leveling, bank sloping, ditching, and general infrastructure earthmoving. Powered by a fuel-efficient Stage II Cummins engine delivering 142 kW (190 hp) @ 2,200 rpm, the 4180D produces an 83 kN drawbar pull. Outfitted with a heavy-duty Meritor wet drive axle featuring a standard "No-Spin" differential lock, an innovative traction frame swing adjustment mechanism, a 7,200 mm turning radius, and a 3,960 mm moldboard, this grader provides outstanding grade accuracy, excellent traction, and low operating costs.

Motor graders have relatively long bodies. Based on model dimensions and cost considerations, we offer the following shipping options:
Roll-on/Roll-off (Ro-Ro) Ship: The entire machine is driven onto and off the ship, ensuring damage-free transport and the highest level of safety.
Flat Rack Container: Loaded after dismantling the blade and some auxiliary components; suitable for regular liner services.
Breakbulk Ship: Suitable for bulk shipments of motor graders or ultra-heavy mining-grade models.
Container Disassembly Shipping (40HQ): Some small and medium-sized motor graders can be loaded into high-cube containers after removing the cab, front axle, and blade, significantly reducing ocean freight costs.
